The Chatway MCP server connects AI agents to your Chatway inbox over the Model Context Protocol. Ask your assistant to find conversations, summarize customer issues, reply to customers, assign agents, add private notes, search your knowledge base, and organize contacts, all in plain language.
Available on every Chatway plan, including Free. There is nothing to install or host and no API key to manage: add the server URL to your AI client and sign in with your Chatway account.
