Use it when you want to answer questions such as:
- Which tools or skills are consuming the most tokens? - Are MCP servers or Codex Apps connectors adding large schemas? - Is the available skills list larger than expected? - What would be worth disabling for this project? - Does the current prompt composition match the live session?
